NACS Executive Leadership Program

The NACS Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University assists executives in the convenience store industry in attaining the perspective needed to understand and successfully respond to the challenges of a competitive marketplace.
Intended for individuals preparing to take on key leadership roles in retail companies, the program provides opportunities to supplement experience with formalized instruction on skills needed to drive long-term organizational performance, as well as 360-degree feedback and 1-on-1 coaching.
The Executive Leadership Program provides opportunities to:
- Refine leadership skills that enable companies to drive long-term financial performance
- Prepare for the demands of key company roles
- Learn from exceptional faculty and a network of high-performance peers

Admission Details
Tuition – $3,995
Tuition includes instruction, course materials, assessments, and lodging. Participants are responsible for travel and personal expenses. Enrollment is limited to candidates from NACS Retail Member companies.
