Foundational Excellence

Overview
This one-day program is an education immersion into the structure and operations of the produce industry; including topics such as food system economics, product and information flows, consumer and competitive trends and other critical industry issues. The program will serve to provide a contextual foundation of applied knowledge that will both create an appreciation for the produce industry’s critical role in the food system as well as helping participants excel in their current and near-future jobs.
Who Should Attend
Junior industry executives with less than 5 years’ experience in sales, procurement, food safety, marketing, logistics or related functions.
