Vicki Bogan named editor of new journal from Center for Financial Planning
“I am very excited to be a part of the launch of Financial Planning Review. This interdisciplinary journal will offer academic researchers an important platform on which they can publish cutting-edge research related to household finance and financial planning issues,” says Bogan.
“By advancing the body of knowledge supporting the financial planning industry, this journal can make a significant contribution to the financial planning practitioner community.”
Bogan, the founder and director of the Institute for Behavioral and Household Finance at Cornell University, has been a member of the Dyson faculty since 2012. She has received numerous teaching awards and is frequently featured on television and radio shows and in newspaper articles about household finance and financial planning issues. Her research explores how market frictions affect investment decision-making behavior, with the goal of creating finance models that better explain observed behavior.
