Koichi Yonezawa is a Research Associate in the Food Industry Management Program, Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. He received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University in 2014. Prior to joining Cornell University, he held positions at Technischen Universität München (Freising, Germany) and Ipsos (Tokyo, Japan). Dr. Yonezawa's research interest lies in the intersection of food marketing, retailing, and empirical industrial organization. He mainly employs structural models to answer policy-relevant questions in the food industry.
